Our services are designed so you can be present, calm, and completely in the moment—because you should feel like the guest of honour, not the event manager.

Day-of Coordination—
For those who have their planning and styling sorted but want a professional team to bring it to life, this is for you. From managing vendor bump-ins and setting up your space, to cueing the music and handling the inevitable curveballs, we step in and take the reins—so your wedding day (and lead-up) runs silky smooth.
This service requires a minimum 4-month lead time to ensure we can support you properly in the final stretch.

Support where you need it—whether that’s everything, or just the tricky bits. If you're dreaming of a seamless, start-to-finish planning experience, our Full-Service package covers every detail—from sourcing your dream venue to coordinating the final dance. But if you’ve already locked in some elements and just need professional help pulling the rest together, our Partial Planning option offers the same expertise, scaled to fit your needs.
This service requires a minimum of 12-18 months to complete.

Where are you based and do you do destination weddings or elopements?
We are based in Aotearoa, New Zealand between Auckland and the beautiful Bay of Islands, but our services are available across the country and beyond. We also have dedicated on-the-ground resources in Indonesia and Australia. We are also able to plan destination weddings beyond these regions, or help international clients looking to marry in Aotearoa, New Zealand or Indonesia. Translation services are also available on request. We are experienced in navigating different time zones, customs, cultures and embrace diversity and inclusivity— love is love and we do everything with love, for love.
What is the investment?
Our on the day coordination service starts at 3,000. This covers the essential support to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly—managing vendors, overseeing the timeline, and troubleshooting any issues that arise, so you can focus on enjoying every moment.
Our full / partial planning service is typically around 10-20% of your overall budget, with a minimum investment of 6000. We charge a percentage as the larger the budget, the more complex and detailed the planning tends to be but we also want to maintain a fair service to all couples. Ultimately factors such location, venue, guest count will impact the cost. There may be some pre-agreed exclusions, for example, if we are not involved with the selection and coordination of your wedding dress, jewellery etc.
If we don’t feel your vision can be achieved within your budget, we will help you adapt and tweak elements in order to achieve your goals, or, on rare occasions recommend an alternative service. It’s important for you to be upfront about your budget so we can be honest with you about what to expect from us and to avoid any unwanted surprises.
